The International Holiday Show is a festive celebration of the season's spirit through a vibrant showcase of cultural traditions, art, and craftsmanship. This year's exhibition features an array of handcrafted items, ornaments, and decorations that reflect the rich diversity of holiday celebrations. Visitors can explore unique gifts and artisanal creations that capture the essence of holiday cheer. Whether you're looking to find the perfect holiday gift, or simply to enjoy the festive atmosphere, the International Holiday Show will be a delightful and inspiring experience for all ages.

Artist Entry Deadline

Entries must be received by October 12, 2025,11:59:59PM PST through our registration form.


Entry Fee

$50 non-refundable entry fee due at the time of registration form completion. 


Drop-off Window

October 21-25, 2025, by appointment. The Exhibitions Manager will call the artist to set up an appointment time. 


Opening Night Reception

November 1, 2025, 3pm-6pm. Artists are strongly encouraged to show up at 3pm, the same time as our Friends members, to meet them and have the opportunity to talk about your art. This event is free and open to the public, starting at 4pm-6pm.

November 1, 2025 to January 10, 2026


Work Sample Requirements 

Please submit a maximum of 3 photos that are representative of your artwork. You can capture more than one item per photo. Your photos do not need to show all the pieces you intend to sell. Photos must be JPEG or PNG format, between 1MB-5MB in size. All work must be for sale (the selling price cannot be changed after entry).


Presentation

All items must be display-ready, with a tag that has your name, unique item code/description, and price. You must be clear whether stands/supports are included in the sale price or not-for-sale. If you intend to sell ornaments, we have trees that can be used for your art. Please let us know if you’d like us to display your work on a tree.


Upon acceptance, an inventory sheet will be emailed to you. A typed, completed, and signed inventory sheet must be emailed to the Exhibitions Manager, Arida Dhanaswar, arida@fallbrookcenterforthearts.org, by the artist’s drop-off appointment. Be sure that each item on your inventory sheet matches the same unique code listed on the sales tag. If the inventory sheet is not typed, artists will be charged $25/hour for total time taken by the Exhibitions Manager to type up the sheet. Items not on the inventory sheet will not be accepted to the Show. Fallbrook Art Center reserves the right to withhold any work from display. 


Accepted artwork must be dropped off in a stackable container/tote not exceeding 26” in length with a tight-fitting lid, labelled with the artist’s name. Artwork not in a stackable container with a tight-fitting lid will not be accepted. 


The Show will be curated and juried by the Exhibitions Manager and Retail Sales Manager. 


Sales

Exhibited works will be consigned for sale at the price submitted on the inventory form. Fallbrook Art Center will handle all sales, collection, reporting, and payment of applicable sales tax. Artists are responsible for all tax reporting.


Commission on Sales

Fallbrook Art Center will retain 40% of the retail price and the artist will receive 60% of the retail price. 


Payment to the Artist

Commission checks are issued on a monthly basis. Total commission for the month will be paid out to the artist by check by the end of the first week of the following month. 


Use Rights

By submitting your artist entry form, artists whose submissions are chosen for the Show grant Fallbrook Art Center the right to use their images for the purpose of marketing the show. Artists grant the use of their image(s) as stated without further contact or compensation. We reserve the right to photograph work for publicity purposes.

Accepted artists will receive specific delivery instructions. Inbound and outbound shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the artist. Please package your work to ensure it won’t be damaged during shipment. Fallbrook Art Center is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping.


Insurance

Works selected for the Show are covered under Fallbrook Art Center’s Fine Art Insurance Policy for stated value less the 40% commission. Substantiation of stated value is the responsibility of the Artist.
