Eligibility
This is a juried show that is open to creatives in any medium.
Entries must be original, created entirely by the artist.
No AI-generated art.
Artwork altered in any way after entry is submitted will be disqualified.
All work must be available for sale. Once entered, the selling price cannot be altered.
We recommend gift-type items (for a summer birthday, wedding, baby shower, etc.), or home & garden pieces.
Fallbrook Art Center reserves the right to withhold any work from display, including unsuitably presented, or misrepresented work.
Sales
Artwork must be for sale. Works will be consigned for sale at the price submitted on the inventory form. Fallbrook Art Center will handle all sales, collection, reporting, and payment of applicable sales tax. Artists are responsible for all tax reporting.
Commission on Sales
Fallbrook Art Center will retain 40% of the retail price and the artist will receive 60% of the retail price.
Payment to the Artist
Commission checks are issued, at minimum, on a monthly basis. All commissions for the month will be paid out no later than the second week of the following month.
Insurance
Insurance for works selected for the show is the responsibility of the artist.
Use Rights
By submitting your artist entry form, artists whose submissions are chosen for the show grant Fallbrook Art Center the right to use their images for the purpose of marketing the show. Artists grant the use of their image(s) as stated without further contact or compensation. We reserve the right to photograph work for publicity purposes.

All shipped work is subject to a $50 shipping & handling fee.
Inbound and outbound shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the artist.
Please package your work to ensure it won’t be damaged during shipment.
Fallbrook Art Center is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping.
A prepaid return label is required for all shipped artwork. Unsold artwork will be shipped back to the artist at the end of the exhibition.
Any shipped artwork without a prepaid return label will be subject to an additional $50 administration fee.
How to Submit an Entry
All entries must be submitted through our online form. Entries must be received by May 11, 2026,11:59:59PM PST through our registration form.
You may submit a maximum of 5 photos that are representative of your artwork. You can capture more than one item per photo. Your photos do not need to show all the items you intend to sell. Digital photos submitted must be JPEG or PNG format, between 1MB-5MB.
Upon acceptance, the Exhibitions Manager will inform you how many total pieces will be accepted.
If you’re already an artist in The Find, and do not wish to provide additional artwork, please complete the appropriate section of the entry form. We will use your backstock inventory as accepted pieces for the show.
Entry Fee
For non-guild artists: $65 non-refundable entry fee due at the time of form completion.
For guild artists: $50 non-refundable entry fee due at the time of form completion.
Accepted entries
All accepted artists will receive an email from the Exhibitions Manager, Arida Dhanaswar, with further instructions and deadlines for delivery, no later than May 20.
The delivery window is May 21 - June 13. Shipped pieces must be received during this period. Artwork not received by June 13 will be disqualified.
Delivery and Storage of Accepted Artwork
Upon acceptance, an inventory sheet and contract will be emailed to you. Completed inventory sheets and contracts must be emailed to the Exhibitions Manager, Arida Dhanaswar, arida@fallbrookcenterforthearts.org, by May 27, or brought to your drop-off appointment.
All items must be display-ready, with a tag that has your name, unique item code/description, and price that matches the information provided on the inventory sheet. You must be clear whether stands/supports are included in the sale price or not-for-sale. Items not on the inventory sheet will not be accepted.
Accepted artwork must be dropped off in a stackable container/tote not exceeding 26” in length with a tight-fitting lid, labelled with the artist’s name. Artwork not in a stackable container with a tight-fitting lid will not be accepted.
