ELIGIBILITY:

• Open to all artists inspired by the southwest. All art submitted must not have been previously shown at the Center.

• Digital entries only—JPEG format only, between 1MB—5MB in size.

• All work must be for sale (the selling price cannot be changed after entry).
  

SHOW TERMS:

• Artists may submit up to 10 works

• Your work will be selected for inclusion from the digital images submitted.

• Accepted artists will receive specific delivery instructions. Inbound and outbound shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the artist. Artists receive a 60% commission on all sales. No refunds for cancellation after acceptance. Fallbrook Art Center reserves the right to withhold any work from display. We reserve the right to photograph work for publicity purposes.
  

SUBMISSION DEADLINES:

• OPEN NOW – August 15 entry deadline

• Notifications by: August 25

• Artwork Delivery to the Center: September 2 - September 6, by appointment

SHOW DATES:

• September 16, 2025 - October 18, 2025
  

OPENING RECEPTION AT THE CENTER:

• Date: September 13, 2025

ACCEPTED WORKS:

• Works may be hand delivered to the Center. Shipping fees to and from the Art Center are the responsibility of the artist. Please include pre-paid return shipping documentation.
  

ENTRY FEE: $35

• Checks payable to Fallbrook Art Center
  

SALES:

• Exhibited works will be consigned for sale at the price submitted on the entry

form.

• FAC will handle all sales, collection, reporting, and payment of applicable sales

tax.

• 40% sales commission to the Center.

• Artists are responsible for all tax reporting.
  

INSURANCE:

• Works selected for the exhibition are covered under FAC’s Fine Art Insurance Policy for stated value less the 40% commission.

• Substantiation of stated value is the responsibility of the Artist.
