I create colorful abstract sculptures in metal that reflect elements of the natural world. Nature has a power and appeal that consistently influences my work. I seek simple, direct outcomes in the creative process. I try to develop smooth, rhythmic lines that flow into unifying meeting points expressing the strength of metal in colorful form. I enjoy developing different conceptual themes and working with other artists and craftsmen in the fabrication process. Abstract sculpture, motivational writing and poetry are how I find outlets for personal expression.
