Biography

Jewelry that celebrates the beauty of nature — crafted by hand and made to last. I’m Susan Estrada, the artist behind cserpentDesigns. I create one-of-a-kind jewelry using gemstones, artisan glass beads, and hand-enameled metal components. My work is inspired by nature’s patterns and colors — organic, unique, and never mass-produced. I use only high-quality metals (sterling silver, gold-filled, niobium, copper, brass) and avoid plated metals so your jewelry lasts for years. Gemstones are part of my family history — my grandfather collected and polished rocks from the Mojave Desert, and my aunt made gemstone jewelry. I’m proud to continue that legacy in my own way. When I’m not in my studio, I’m probably playing soccer, doting on rescue dogs, enjoying nature as I hike or walk or traveling to enjoy new experiences which help inspire my designs.
