Submission of these images, if accepted by the Juror, shall constitute an agreement on the part of the artist to comply with the conditions set forth in this Prospectus: I hereby release and discharge the Fallbrook Art Center (FAC) and its representatives and employees from any and all claims occasioned by damage or loss of painting while in the possession of FAC.
No work accepted for the American Signature Watercolor Exhibition may be withdrawn prior to the close of the exhibition. Permission to reproduce the painting in the exhibition catalog and for publicity purposes is granted.
