Applicant agrees that images submitted are representative of work to be exhibited. The cost of all shipping is the responsibility of the artist. Applicant understands and agrees the $25 Jury Fee is non-refundable, and the $65 Entry Fee will be refunded if Applicant is not accepted into the show. The Fallbrook Art Center reserves the right to photograph artwork, copy images submitted, and use artist-provided materials for publicity purposes. The undersigned hereby releases the Fallbrook Art Center from any and all liability due to personal injury or property damage caused by theft, fire, public catastrophe, Act of God, or any other cause. I have read and understand these terms fully and agree to abide by these rules, terms, and conditions.
