FALLBROOK – Fallbrook Art Center has announced it will feature the 18th Annual Reflections of Nature Exhibition on May 7 and 8.
Founded by award-winning Fallbrook artist and nature conservationist Gamini Ratnavira, the Reflections of Nature art event showcases the wonderful world of the wild.
"[The wildlife art show] was the first show presented at the Art Center when we opened in 1996. While our shortest show, it is our largest in terms of sales," said Mary Perhacs, executive director of the Fallbrook Art Center. "All the artists will be present at the show to talk with visitors. Most of these artists travel the world seeking inspiration for their work, and have many stories to share. This is one of the elements of the show that make it such a wonderful event."
An opening reception will be held on Friday, May 6 from 6 to 8 p.m. The exhibition hours will be May 7 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and May 8 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Show admission is $5. The Fallbrook Art Center is located at 103 S. Main Ave., Fallbrook. See www.fallbrookartcenter.org for more details.
